Bijaya Shree Sugar Mills Pvt. Ltd.

Bijaya Shree Sugar Mills Pvt. Ltd. is a new sugar producer in Parsa District. Its plant sits about 25 km from the Birgunj Dry Port, which makes it easy to move raw materials and finished goods across the border. The company was incorporated in December 2022 and began building the plant in January 2024. The plant will make about 33,750 MT of sugar a year, along with about 18,750 MT of molasses and 10 MW of electricity as by-products. Construction was about 90% complete by mid-March 2026, and commercial operation is expected around July–August 2026. The company is led by Chairperson Mrs. Kabita Agrawal, its largest shareholder (about 44%), and Managing Director Mr. Pawan Kumar Garg. In April 2026, Infomerics Nepal rated its long-term bank facilities IRN BB and its short-term facilities IRN A4.
