Hilife Agro and Foods Industries Ltd.

Hilife Agro and Foods Industries Ltd. is a Nepali packaged-food maker whose tagline is “Say Hi to Healthy Life.” Its products include breakfast cereals and staples such as corn flakes, Choco Plus, muesli, oatmeal, soya chunks and chiura (beaten rice). The company started in 2015 in Butwal as Rising Sun Agro Industries, selling chiura. It then grew into a national brand: by 2021 it reached more than 30,000 retail outlets and opened a Kathmandu office. The company says it has become Nepal’s largest seller of cornflakes and oats. Hilife became a public company in July 2023. Its investors include Hathway Investment Nepal Ltd and BIG Industries Ltd.
