Nepal Warehousing Company Ltd. (NWCL) provides modern grain storage in Nepal. It runs 55,000 MT of silo capacity at three facilities, in Parsa, Sunsari and Kapilvastu, and stores maize, soybean and wheat for farmers, traders, millers and feed mills. Beyond storage, NWCL offers auctions, bulk transport, quality and quantity guarantees, insurance and warehouse-receipt financing, which lets clients borrow against the commodities they have stored. National Commodities Management Services Ltd. (NCML) is its technical partner, and several leading Nepali banks are financial partners. Its promoters include Nimbus Holdings, Shikhar Insurance, Nepal Infrastructure Bank, NMB Bank, IGI Prudential Insurance and Hathway Investment Nepal Ltd.
